About these terms

By placing an order with Nyra (operated by KAPADAVALA) you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund any payment in full.

Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in your selected currency (AUD, USD, GBP, or EUR). The currency is fixed when your cart is created. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable; GST applies to AUD orders, and export orders are zero-rated.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from India with tracking. Your delivery estimate is shown against each shipping option at checkout — it comes from the courier for your exact address, so it is the figure to go by rather than any general guide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. On international orders you are the importer of record and responsible for any duties charged on arrival.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, it's eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy for how to request one. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
